About This Instrument
The Work Gratitude Scale is a multidimensional measure designed to capture the experience of gratitude in the workplace. It assesses three distinct facets: Grateful Appraisals (recognising what one has to be thankful for at work), Gratitude Toward Others (acknowledging the contributions of colleagues and supporters), and Intentional Attitude of Gratitude (deliberately pausing to appreciate the positive aspects of work life).
